Datahive Consulting Limited is a Cyprus private limited company, incorporated on 8 June 2026 and registered under number HE 493776, with its registered office in Tersefanou, in the district of Larnaca.

It was established to support businesses, entrepreneurs and international groups with accurate tax and accounting advice and with clear business and strategic guidance, across Europe.

The company is managed by its Director, who brings four decades of practice in international taxation and corporate structuring to every engagement. That is the technical foundation the work rests on: careful management of every engagement and a reliable approach to complex, multi-jurisdictional situations.

Through Studio Professionale Umbriano & Partners in Milan, he has advised companies, entrepreneurs and investors on cross-border tax, corporate and financial matters. He also speaks on tax matters at professional webinars organised by chambers of commerce for their member companies.
